Yes, always. Publishing on Pengame grants us a non-exclusive licence to display your script on the platform, nothing more. You can unpublish or delete at any time.
By Story Signal: completion rate, scene-level reactions, comments, and return readership, followed by a human review for rights and feasibility. Each cycle's thresholds are published. There is no way to pay for selection.
You get a written offer for one AI adaptation of that one work, with a 50/50 revenue split and approval gates at designs, rough cut, and final cut. Decline it, or walk away before final approval, and every right reverts to you. If we haven't released within 12 months, rights revert automatically.
No. Never without a separate, explicit opt-in, and there is nothing buried in the terms of service that says otherwise. This is a founding promise, stated in plain English on the rights page.
